. (ECF No. 1.) This matter was referred to the undersigned by 19 Local Rule 302(c)(3) pursuant to

(b). 20 On March 11, 2025, the court issued an order screening the complaint pursuant to 28

(e) and dismissing the complaint with leave to amend. (ECF No. 6.) Plaintiff was 22 granted thirty days to file an amended complaint or to file a notice of voluntary dismissal of the 23 action. Plaintiff was warned that failure to respond would result in a recommendation that this 24 action be dismissed. The time granted for plaintiff to respond has expired and plaintiff has neither 25 filed an amended complaint nor filed a motion for voluntary dismissal.1 26
