17 18 On April 23, 2025, the appearing parties filed a joint stipulation dismissing the action 19 without prejudice. (Doc. 7.) In light of the parties’ stipulation, this action has been terminated, 20 see Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); Wilson v. City of San Jose,

(9th Cir. 1997), 21 and has been dismissed without prejudice. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to close 22 this case. 23
