FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS 14 MATHEW LORIGAN, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 On March 28, 2025, this court ordered plaintiff to complete and return to the court, within 18 thirty days, the USM-285 forms necessary to effect service on defendants. That thirty-day period 19 has since passed, and plaintiff has not responded to the court’s order. 20 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without 21 prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). 22 These findings and recommendations will be submitted to the United States District Judge 23 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of
28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within fourteen days 24 after being served with these findings and recommendations, plaintiff may file written objections 25 with the court.
