ECF No. 4. On May 15, 2025, after the thirty-day period expired and 20 plaintiff had not re-filed a signed complaint or otherwise responded to the court’s order, the court 21 provided plaintiff with one final opportunity to submit a signed complaint within twenty-one 22 days. ECF No. 8. More than twenty-one days have passed, and plaintiff has not filed a signed 23 complaint or otherwise responded to the court’s order. 24 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall randomly 25 assign a United States District Judge to this action 26 IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that the complaint be dismissed for failure prosecute 27 and comply with court orders. See L.R. 110; Fed. R. Civ.
