17 18 By order filed May 27, 2025, petitioner was ordered to show cause, within thirty days, 19 why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute and for failure to provide a 20 change of address as required by local rules. ECF No. 4. The thirty-day period has now expired, 21 and petitioner has not shown cause or otherwise responded to the court’s order. 22 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court randomly assign this matter to a 23 district judge. 24 IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See 25 Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). 26 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 27 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of
