ORDER AND FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS AUSA, FBI, etc., 15 Respondents, 17 Petitioner is a federal prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §2241. By an order filed May 21, 2025, petitioner was granted thirty days to file an application to proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF No. 6.) On May 28, 2025, the Clerk of the Court updated court records to reflect petitioner’s new address.1 On May 28, 2025, the Clerk of the Court re-served the order filed May 21, 2025 on petitioner at his new address. Thirty days passed from May 28, 2025 and petitioner did not file his application to proceed in forma pauperis or otherwise respond to the order filed May 21, 2025.

24 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to assign a district judge to this case; and 26 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice.
