OF COURT TO CLOSE CASE AND ADJUST DOCKET TO REFLECT 15 FARMERS NEW WORLD LIFE VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL INSURANCE COMPANY, 16 (ECF Nos. 82, 83) Defendant. 17 18 On July 7, 2025, the Court issued an order to show cause, requiring the parties to show 19 cause in writing why sanctions should not be imposed for failure to file dispositional documents 20 by the court ordered deadline. (ECF No. 82.) On July 14, 2025, Plaintiff timely filed a 21 declaration responding to the order to show cause (ECF No. 83-1), along with a stipulation of 22 dismissal. (ECF No. 83.) Satisfied with the responses from Plaintiff, the Court will therefore 23 discharge the order to show cause and direct the Clerk to close this case. 24 Accordingly, the Court HEREBY ORDERS that: 25 1. The July 7, 2025 order to show cause is DISCHARGED. (ECF No. 82.); and 26 2. In light of the stipulation (ECF No. 83), this action has been terminated, Fed. R. Civ.

, 692 (9th Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed with prejudice.
