FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS 14 PRUDHLE, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, a state inmate, proceeds without counsel in an action brought under

1983. This proceeding was referred to this court by Local Rule 302 pursuant to

28 U.S.C. § 19

636(b)(1). 20 On March 5, 2025, the court ordered plaintiff to provide additional information to serve 21 defendant Bulgary and to submit, within 30 days, documents to effect such service. ECF No. 29. 22 The court warned plaintiff that failure to timely comply with the order would result in a 23 recommendation that the district judge dismiss his claims against defendant Bulgary. 24 The time for acting has now passed and plaintiff has not complied with the court’s order. 25 Thus, it appears that plaintiff is unable or unwilling to provide sufficient information to effect 26 service on defendant Bulgary. 27 //// 28 //// ] Accordingly, it RECOMMENDED that plaintiffs claims against defendant Bulgary be 2 || DISMISSED. 3 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 4 | assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of

28 U.S.C. § 636

(b)(1). Within fourteen days 5 || after being served with these findings and recommendations, any party may file written 6 || objections with the court and serve a copy on all parties.
