20 IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, and 21 22 with the approval of the Court, that the Commissioner of Social Security has agreed to a 23 voluntary remand of this case for further administrative proceedings, pursuant to sentence four 24 of

42 U.S.C. § 405

(g). 25 Upon remand, the Appeals Council will instruct the Administrative Law Judge to obtain 26 supplemental vocational expert evidence to clarify the effect of the assessed limitations on the 27 claimant’s ability to perform other work in the national economy; take any further action needed 28 to complete the administrative record; and issue a new decision. The parties further request that 1 the Clerk of the Court be directed to enter a final judgment in favor of Plaintiff, and against 2 Defendant, reversing the final decision of the Commissioner. 3

16 ORDER 17 Based upon the parties’ Stipulation to Voluntary Remand Pursuant to Sentence Four of 18

42 U.S.C. § 405

(g) and to Entry of Judgment (“Stipulation to Remand”), IT IS ORDERED that 19 this action is remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security for further proceedings pursuant 20 to the fourth sentence of Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 405(g). 21
