17 18 By order filed September 3, 2025, plaintiff was notified that his complaint was not signed 19 as required under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff was granted thirty 20 days leave to file a complaint bearing his signature, and was warned that failure to comply with 21 the order would result in a recommendation that plaintiff’s unsigned complaint be stricken and 22 this action be dismissed. Thirty days from that date have now passed, and plaintiff has not filed a 23 signed complaint, or otherwise responded to the court’s order. 24 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 25 1. Plaintiff’s unsigned complaint (ECF No. 1) is stricken; and 26 2. The Clerk of the Court is directed to assign a district judge to this case. 27 Further, IT IS RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See 28 Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ.
