By order filed September 22, 18 2025, the court revoked plaintiff’s in forma pauperis status and ordered plaintiff to pay the filing 19 fee and administrative fee totaling $405.00 within 30 days in 2:21-cv-2291 DAD CKD P. The 20 time granted has expired and plaintiff has failed to pay the court costs as ordered by the court. 21 Thus, this action should be dismissed without prejudice.1 22 For the reasons set forth above, it is RECOMMENDED as follows: 23 1. This action be dismissed for plaintiff’s failure to pay the filing fee in 2:21-cv-2291 24 DAD CKD P.
