          JUSTICE BLANCO would grant as to the following issues:

         Whether error under Erlinger v. United States, 602 U.S. 821 (2024), is structural, requiring reversal. If not, whether the court of appeals' constitutional harmless error analysis conflicts with binding Supreme Court precedent.

         Whether, as a matter of first impression, the habitual sentencing statute's life-sentence enhancement applies when the triggering offense occurred before the offense that led to the previous habitual criminal adjudication.
