By the Court . — The Juftice’s certificate is conclufive, and the Court will not look beyond it — this is a point that has been long decided. — The laft term the cafe of Allen and Jones came up by appeal on pleas of abatement *10—it was the fame question — and the Court then exprelled their furprife that the lower courts were not acquainted with a point in praftice fo fully fettled. —
