[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] ORDER RE: #209 MOTION TO VACATE The court finds that the Agreement to Support dated August 26, 1986 filed with the Superior Court in which the defendant agreed to contribute the sum of $110 per week for the support of his two minor children, has the same force and effect as an Order of Support by the Superior Court.

The Motion to Vacate the Order dated August 26, 1986 and filed August 27, 1986 is denied.
