[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: MOTION TO STRIKE General Statute 52-572k(a) invalidates an agreement which provides for indemnification for the indemnitee's sole negligence. It does not bar indemnification for concurrent negligence. A question of fact exists as to which defendants were negligent. The Motion to Strike (Pleading No. 110) is denied.
