[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] AMENDMENT TO ARTICULATION OF MEMORANDUM OF DECISION The court has reconsidered its articulation dated December 7, 1990 and has decided that, as long as the Trustee, if a natural person, is appointed by and accountable to the Probate Court, such person may serve as trustee in lieu of a local trust company. The CT Page 2588 judgment is ordered amended to reflect this change.
