Opinion of the Court

[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] ORDER (103) To the defendant's motion to strike, the plaintiffs have filed no written objection, have not requested to be heard in oral argument, and have filed no opposing memorandum of law as our rules of practice require. Practice Book, Section 155. The court interprets such inaction as the plaintiffs' tacit consent to the court's affirmative action on the motion.

The motion to strike is granted.
