1991 Conn. Super. Ct. 10916
David M. Somers Assoc. v. Farrah, No. Cv 91-0448669s (Dec. 30, 1991)

Opinion of the Court

[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO STRIKE The court does not believe that the corporations are necessary parties inasmuch as the named defendants are being sued individually. Whether or not the plaintiff prevails against the defendants individually will have to be determined at trial.

Accordingly, the motion to strike is denied.
