STIPULATED JUDGMENT

In this matter referred to the undersigned, the parties appeared with counsel in court and entered a Stipulated Judgment on the record as follows:

The plaintiff is to receive judgment of $57,737.92 without costs, but from that amount, because the plaintiff has received collateral payments of $17,737.92, the plaintiff is entitled to receive only a total of $40,000.00 from the defendant, without costs.

Judgment is entered accordingly.
