Opinion of the Court

[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION REGARDING MOTION TO STRIKE CLAIM FROM JURY LIST The motion to strike claim from the jury list is denied for the reasons that 1) the defendant has raised issues of law and fact in its counterclaim that should be tried by a jury, and 2) the motion to strike, filed under Conn. Practice Bk. 152, does not comport with any grounds set forth thereunder.
