[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON APPLICATION FOR PREJUDGMENT REMEDY On June 22, 1992, a hearing was held on the plaintiff's motion for prejudgment remedy against the defendant Joanne Smith. The plaintiff failed to persuade the court that there was probable cause and therefore the court denied the application for prejudgment remedy.
