Paragraph 2 of the Subpoena is quashed to the following extent.

a) The following is to be deleted from Paragraph 2:

Calendar and entries, advertisements, CT Page 8175 pamphlets, periodicals, data processing cards.

b) Any item that is covered by the Attorney-Client privilege is also expunged from the Subpoena request.
