Opinion of the Court

[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] ORDER The defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is denied. The question of whether the defendant abused the conditional privilege by acting with malice or bad faith is one of fact for the trier of fact. Miles v. Perry, 11 Conn. App. 584, 594 F.N. 8, 529 A.2d 199 (1987) Bleich v. Ortiz, 196 Conn. 498, 504, 493 A.2d 236 (1985).
