[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON MOTION TO STAY BY TARLOW LEVY DRONEY The defendant Tarlow Levy Droney has moved for a stay of the above action on the grounds that a similar action is pending in Federal court. The motion is denied because Tarlow Levy Droney is not a party to the Federal counterpart of this action, Kerr v. T. F. Development, 291CV527(JAC).
