[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM RE: MOTION TO CORRECT The motion to correct is hereby denied. The court corrected the amount due upon the testimony of all the parties in the action. Equity would allow the amount to be deducted despite the fact that the defendants did not dispute the amount. The defendant offered testimony to substantiate the court's CT Page 5642 decision.
