[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.]MEMORANDUM OF DECISION The court having heard the parties, finds the issues for the plaintiff on the first count to recover from the defendant the sum of $4,000.00 for wall papering in Roxbury.

In the state of the present evidence, the court finds for the defendant on the second and third counts.

Accordingly, judgment may enter for the plaintiff to recover $4,000.00 from the defendant.
