[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: MOTION TO STRIKE The facts provable under the allegations of the defendant's Special Defense and Counterclaim do not support a valid defense. See Alarm Applications Co. v. Simsbury Volunteer Fire Co.,179 Conn. 541, 545, 427 A.2d 752 (1988). The Motion to Strike is granted.
