ARTICULATION

1. The defendants continued quarrying after the court's final order and stipulation. Such activity continued through July 29, 1993.

2. See 1. above. O'Neill v. Carolina Freight Carriers Corporation, 156 Conn. 613, 616-618 and cases cited.

3. The longer defendants continued to violate the court order the more serious the offense.

4. All days until defendant permanently stopped.
