The mortgage deed attached to the complaint, in paragarph [paragraph] 19, in bold type, is entitled "Acceleration". The affidavit in support of the motion for summary judgment makes no substantial reference to compliance with paragraph 19 by the plaintiff. Material issue of fact remain in the case.
