[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION This is an appeal from a decision of the Employment Security Board of Review affirming a Referee's decision denying the plaintiff's claim for unemployment compensation benefits.

Review of the record discloses no reason to substantiate the claim that the Board of Review acted illegally, CT Page 365 arbitrarily or in abuse of its discretion.

Appeal dismissed.
