Opinion of the Court

The court finds an arrearage $900.00 (6 weeks x $150.00 per week). The defendant is ordered to pay that sum to the plaintiff within two weeks of the date of this order. Time shall be considered of the essence regarding this payment.

Based on the affidavits and evidence presented to the court, the defendant's alimony obligation is modified downward to $90.00 per week.

The defendant will immediately notify the plaintiff in writing upon his resumption of employment.
