[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.]ARTICULATION OF DECISION On October 3, 1994, the court ordered that support payments of $170.00 per week be suspended with the intention that a reduced support order would be made within two weeks when the defendant expected to return to work.

Therefore, the support order of $113.40 per week ordered by the Family Support Magistrate on February 16, 1995, should be retroactive to October 3, 1994.
