[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.]RULING AFTER RECONSIDERATION RE:DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO STRIKE (NO. 107) The court, having granted the plaintiff's motion to reargue (entitled Motion for Reconsideration) its decision on the defendant's motion to strike, after reconsideration of the record and examination of the plaintiff's brief, finds no CT Page 12940 persuasive reason to depart from its prior decision. Therefore, that decision shall stand.
