[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.]MEMORANDUM OF DECISION Utilizing the scenario contained in defendant's Motion for Remittitur and Additur, the plaintiff would lose her 50% of the $57,937.86 when deducting it from income. To charge her for that and again by crediting defendant for the 50% he advanced would be penalizing her twice for the same amount.

The motion dated April 2, 1996 is denied.
