[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] ORDER The jury having found that the parties each were equally negligent, that economic damages totalled $3,759.76 and that noneconomic damages totalled $14,000.00; and the parties having stipulated that the sum of $664 be deducted from the plaintiff's damages pursuant to General Statutes § 52-225a, § 52-225b, the court enters judgment on the jury's verdict in the amount of $8,214.94.
