[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.]CORRECTION TO MEMORANDUM OF DECISION The Court in its Memorandum of Decision in the above entitled case on pages five and six made reference to a Mr. Wrinn. This was a misstatement. The Court actually meant to say Mr. Wennick, the president and owner of First Norwalk Land Corporation. Therefore, the Court corrects those references on pages five and six.
