MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: MOTION TO SUPPRESS IDENTIFICATIONThe defendant's motion to suppress identification testimony is denied for the reasons stated in the court's oral ruling made on December 9, 1997. A copy of the transcript of that oral ruling is attached.
