Opinion of the Court

[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.]ORDER The Motion made pursuant to § 61-11 of the Appellate Rules to terminate the stay is denied without further hearing. If, as the plaintiff claims, the defendant has taken a late appeal to the Appellate Court, that issue is best addressed by the Appellate Court, which unlike the trial court, has the power to dismiss the appeal.
