CORRECTED MEMORANDUM OF DECISIONIt is apparent that there is a typographical error on page five of the court's Memorandum of Decision dated November 4, 1997. The figure of $263,000 on line 13 of page five should be $203,000. The Memorandum of Decision dated November 4, 1997 is corrected accordingly.
