MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: MOTION FOR CONTEMPT #119
The evidence presented at the hearing, was not sufficient to find cohabitation as defined by statute, which would trigger the payment of the $15,000 mortgage from the plaintiff to the defendant.

The plaintiff's motion is denied without prejudice.
