JUDGMENT RE: APPLICATION FOR PREJUDGMENT REMEDY
Per direction of the Appellate Court (Micci v. Thomas,55 Conn. App. 14) this court's order of December 22, 1997 granting the plaintiff's application for pre-judgment remedy is vacated.

Judgment is rendered denying the plaintiff's application for prejudgment remedy.
