MEMORANDUM OF DECISION de PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR CONTEMPT (138)The judgment ordered that the defendant carry medical insurance for the minor child. The plaintiff has been carrying such insurance. The defendant has none.

The parties agreed in open court that the defendant shall reimburse the plaintiff for the cost of the coverage for the minor child in settlement of this motion.
