ORDER
The court, on its own motion, reopens the judgment.

The defendant herein has filed a pro se appearance. In addition, she filed a letter with the court which, in effect, denies liability.

The court finds that the letter constitutes a general denial and therefore judgment is reopened and the matter placed on the court trial CT Page 15645 list.
