MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: MOTION TO TERMINATE AUTOMATIC STAY OF EXECUTION (#124, 125) AND OBJECTION (#128, 129)
The plaintiff/appellee's motion to terminate automatic stay of execution is hereby denied because the granting of summary judgment regarding foreclosure was final for purposes of appeal. See Benvenuto v.Mahajan, 245 Conn. 495, 715 A.2d 743 (1998); Practice Book § 61-2.
