ARTICULATIONAfter determining that defendant's various written motions and requests had been considered and decided by other Superior Court Judges and since this court was given no convincing or persuasive reason for rehearing or reconsidering any of them, this court denied defendant's "Request to Set Aside the Hearing of January 4, 2000 and its resultant judgment on voidness grounds".
