ORDERThe following paragraph has been added to the original Memorandum of Decision dated September 20, 2000, as follows:

Pursuant to Practice Book Section 2-64 Atty. David Denvir is appointed to inventory the files of Atty. James McGee and to take such action as seems indicated to protect the interest of McGee's clients.
