RULING ON DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO STRIKE (#103-50)
Defendants' motion to strike the Sixth and Eighth Counts of Plaintiffs' complaint is granted. "Gross negligence" as distinguished from "negligence" does not exist as a separate cause of action.1
