MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
The defendants having been defaulted for failure to appear, the court finds that the defendants are not in the military service and that the plaintiff sustained damages as a result of the negligence of the defendants. Judgment may enter in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $4,227.07 plus costs.
