MEMORANDUM OF DECISIONThe defendants having been defaulted for failure to appear, the court finds that the defendants are not in the military service and that the plaintiff sustained damages as a result of the negligence of the defendants. Judgment may enter in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $4,227.07 plus costs.
