RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR ARTICULATION
In response to the plaintiffs' motion for the reargument and articulation, this court amends its memorandum of decision of August 16, 2001, to order pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes § 52-418 (b) a rehearing by the arbitrator on the issue of remediation based on the present condition of the subject premises.
