STAY ORDERUpon plaintiff's motion of September 19, 2001, the submission of briefs by both parties and oral argument, the court has determined that a stay pending the outcome of plaintiff's appeal is appropriate.

As a result, all arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association are to be stayed throughout the pendency of the pending appeal.
